My
first CD, "Songs From the Heart" was actually done
as a Christmas present for my Aunt Gayle who lost
her husband in May of 1999. I had sang at the funeral
and she kept wondering if I could get those songs on a tape
for her, just as some kind of a memoir. Since I had
contact with a friend in the recording industry, I asked
him if I could lay down a couple tracks for a present.
Then, I figured since I was giving this as a gift, I might as
well put the song I wrote for my parents on there, too.
One thing led to another, and people started wanting my
CDs. They have since sold out. Praise the Lord for
His awesome arrangements! |
